My creativity and learning about the world started here. In the culinary world. I use to have to dreams of starting a business where I hosted private dinners and artist of different mediums. This business feels like a past life, a dream, a memory, but the impact of being in it still affects me and my work to this day. My love and respect for this business won’t leave me. To do well in this industry you have to be ON and consistent everyday. Done well, it’s service at it’s purest form. an act that will out live many art forms. Cooking, eating with those we care about, and providing experience that people stitch into their identity, community experience. The images below are a reflection of how I feel about it.
